Virginia Tech is 90th in the country in passing efficiency and quarterback Michael Brewer has an ACC-high 10 interceptions. Still, North Carolina safety Tim Scott is expecting the Hokies to test the Tar Heels secondary when the teams meet today at Kenan Stadium (12:30 p.m., ACC Network). “I wouldn’t be surprised if they came out passing the ball the first couple drives,” Scott said.
