Upgrading Tar Heels

At least once a week, North Carolina coach Butch Davis walks the halls of the Kenan Football Center, pointing out wall hangings to replace, equipment to upgrade, doors to tear down. To him, building a champion isn't just about implementing a new offense or figuring out who will start at linebacker, things that will be on his mind during today's spring game.
