CBSSports.com All-American First team: Marcus Paige, North Carolina, 6-1 Junior Guard; P.J. Hairston losing his eligibility last season forced UNC coach Roy Williams to ask Paige to score more, and the Iowa native was excellent in that role. He averaged 17.5 points while shooting 38.9 percent from the field and leading the Tar Heels to a 13-5 ACC record.
