Jheranie Boyd joins Jacksonville Sharks of Arena League

The Jacksonville Sharks announced Monday that wide receiver Jheranie Boyd has been assigned to the Jacksonville roster on a one-year rookie contract. The 24-year-old Boyd (6’2”, 200) heads to the Arena Football League after stints with several NFL teams, most recently logging time on the Kansas City Chiefs’ practice squad during the 2013 season.
