Can UNC stop beating itself with turnovers and penalties? Last week, UNC matched Notre Dame point for point and even held a one point lead entering the 4th quarter. However, a late interception and a number of offensive penalties hindered UNC from pulling off one of the biggest road upsets in school history. This week against Georgia Tech those turnovers and penalties are going to be even more important.
