Fight and good fortune got the Tar Heels off the schneid in the ACC and, amazingly, leaves them a chance of still advancing to the conference championship game in Charlotte. Coming off four straight losses and relinquishing 70, 50, 34 and 50 points, the team still had enough gumption to get through what looked like another blown fourth quarter against Georgia Tech Saturday night.
