James Worthy, Lakers deliver newly-built basketball court to San Pedro teen center

The sounds of squeaking shoes on newly-laid beechwood filled the Port of Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club on Monday as kids explored two refurbished indoor basketball courts awarded by the Los Angeles Lakers. Former Lakers A.C. Green and James Worthy joined rookie forward Julius Randle and the Laker Girls to present the refurbished courts to youths at the San Pedro club.
