Size, range, balance mark resurgent Tar Heels

The Tar Heels have improved their balance this season — with remodeled players in the post and three impact freshmen surrounding ACC preseason player of the year Marcus Paige — leading to hopes for a deep run in 2014-15. “This will be the most confident I’ve been going into a season,” junior forward Brice Johnson said at the ACC’s preseason media day.
