The Los Angeles Lakers signed 6’4? shooting guard Wayne Ellington to a partially guaranteed contract before the start of training camp. The former North Carolina Tar Heel, known for his ability to shoot from deep, entered the league in 2009 and has had stints with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Memphis Grizzlies, Cleveland Cavaliers, and most recently, the Dallas Mavericks.
