New Bern quarterback Mike Hughes passed for three touchdowns (26, 31, and 28 yards) and ran for two more (both ten-yarders). He completed 7-of-11 passes for 130 yards and rushed 13 times for 144 yards. Wake Forest running back Bryce Love rushed for 179 yards and five touchdowns (10, 2, 14, 44, and 1 yards) -- all in the first half.
