College Basketball's Top Freshmen for 2014-15

Justin Jackson, G/F, North Carolina: UNC’s signing class contains three top-30 prospects, all at positions where they will have to fight for playing time at point guard (Joel Berry) and small forward (Jackson, Theo Pinson). Jackson is the highest ranked and may be the best shooter of the group, giving him a leg up on a team that shot 33.6 percent from 3-point range last season.
