Chosen as the co-MVP of the McDonald’s All-America game and one of the nation’s top 20 impact newcomers by ESPN, Justin Jackson is being counted on to address the Tar Heels’ need for a consistent perimeter scoring threat that can take some of the pressure off preseason ACC Player of the Year Marcus Paige.
