Chosen as the co-MVP of the McDonald’s All-America game and one of the nation’s top 20 impact newcomers by ESPN, Justin Jackson is being counted on to address the Tar Heels’ need for a consistent perimeter scoring threat that can take some of the pressure off preseason ACC Player of the Year Marcus Paige. From the early indications, he’s got what it takes to fill the bill.
