First Team: Marcus Paige, G, North Carolina; Paige was one of the most exciting point guards in the game last season, particularly down the stretch. As a sophomore, the 6-1 guard averaged 17.5 points and 4.2 assists and often single-handedly took over. He managed to do that during a turbulent Tar Heels season. (USA Today)
