2016 safety Javontay Smith commits to UNC

North Carolina received a commit from Columbus (GA) Carver three-star safety Javontay Smith. Here is what coaches see from him as a prospect at the next level. Smith has solid build and frame at 6-foot-1, and 190-pounds with a thick, musculature upper body.
