Perimeter depth offers versatility for No. 6 UNC

Roy Williams has a lot more flexibility heading into the season opener for No. 6 North Carolina. The coach has a preseason All-American in guard Marcus Paige to headline a deep set of versatile perimeter players. He also has size inside. And that will give the Tar Heels the ability to tweak their lineup to match up with opponents from possession to possession, starting with Friday's opener against NC Central.
