Wisconsin's Melvin Gordon sets NCAA single-game rushing record

Wisconsin running back Melvin Gordon's 26-yard touchdown run on the final play of the third quarter was his fourth score of the game and third in the quarter, giving the Badgers a commanding 52-17 against 11th-ranked Nebraska. The run also set a NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision record for rushing yards in a game. Through three quarters Gordon ran for 408 yards on 25 carries in the No. 22 Badgers' 59-24 win.
