Fedora getting recruits despite bad publicity

Since the first day on the job as North Carolina's head football coach, Larry Fedora has been dealing with the impact of NCAA investigations and academic probes that would have stymied the recruiting for many programs. It has made the recruiting process doubly difficult for Fedora and his coaching staff. But the way they've dealt with those obstacles has produced some surprising and impressive results.
