A week into the season, it’s clear that Roy Williams has one of his deepest teams at Carolina, with scorers, rebounders and facilitators aplenty. But alone, talented depth does not make for a winning team. Ingredients do not make the cake. They key is in the recipe: getting that talent to play well together, having players that know how to put their teammates in a position to succeed. (GoHeels.com)
