Anson Dorrance’s new book looks like any other. A black and blue cover, spiral-bound like a notebook — it fits right in with the hundreds of other books piled up around his office. But this one is different. This one is more than just words on a page. This one is 131 pages worth of wrongdoings, detailing nearly two decades of poor decisions at the University of North Carolina.
