Defense stands tall against Davidson

Sophomore Kennedy Meeks put up a team-high 19 points in front of his hometown crowd in No.6 North Carolina's 90-72 win against Davidson at Time Warner Cable Arena. But to Davidson coach Bob McKillop, Meeks wasn't necessarily North Carolina's best offensive weapon. "Their defense was the best offense they had," he said after the game.
