Arrest made in fatal shooting of Wayne Ellington Sr.

Philadelphia police have arrested a man in connection with the shooting death of Wayne Ellington Sr., father of Los Angeles Lakers guard Wayne Jr., police said. Ellington was found dead in a car in Germantown on Nov. 9. Carl White was arrested Thursday at Police Headquarters. One source said White is a suspect in another shooting and a robbery, and was on parole at the time of Ellington's death.
