If the trend holds for North Carolina, East Carolina could be in trouble Sunday, Dec. 7, at the Dean E. Smith Center (3 p.m., ESPNU). UNC likely will surrender its No. 12 spot in the Associated Press poll after losing 60-55 to Iowa in the Dean Dome on Wednesday. “They wanted it more than we did,” UNC coach Roy Williams said of Iowa.
