Spring football practice coming to North Carolina high schools

The prep football offseason is changing dramatically after the approval of spring football practice by the N.C. High School Athletic Association on Thursday. Teams are now allowed 10 days of spring football practice with no limit on the number of players participating. Previously, a coach could meet with no more than 21 players at a time for offseason skill development.
