Who wins: As has been the case most of the season, this game really depends on which North Carolina team shows up. The Heels are talented, as evidenced by their rout of Duke and win over Georgia Tech. They also have a tendency to not show up, as we all saw in the regular-season finale at rival NC State, an inexplicable 35-7 loss. Rutgers wins 38-31. (ESPN.com)
