North Carolina quarterback Marquise Williams’ numbers in 2014 were exceptional already, but he was largely overshadowed by UNC’s rocky season defensively. If the Tar Heels can finally emerge into a Coastal contender with Williams leading a high-powered offensive attack, he could easily emerge as one of the nation’s biggest dual threats at QB.
