Standing in a United Center hallway after Carolina’s 82-74 win over Ohio State, it felt vaguely familiar. Kentucky and UCLA players and staffers were milling around. Then, suddenly, the theme music from CBS’ coverage of college basketball came blaring out into the hallway. That’s when it clicked: this was an NCAA Tournament environment.
