The Real Jalen Dalton

Jalen Dalton walked into the West Forsyth High School gymnasium late one morning in mid-December, and immediately several female students approached him. They smiled, joked with him, one patted his right shoulder, and at times they just looked at the gentle giant approvingly. Friends for sure. Dalton has a lot of friends around these parts, and why not? (Tar Heel Illustrated)
