Jalek Felton explodes for 51 at Beach Ball Classic
Posted Dec 28, 2014
After Franklin (Ohio) senior Luke Kennard went off for a Beach Ball Classic single game-record 52 points in a win over Mullins on Friday, the Auctioneers’ Jalek Felton wanted to top the performance a day later. The sophomore came close but was unable to pass Kennard on the list as he put up a career-high 51 points in Mullins’ 83-74 win over Myrtle Beach in a consolation game of the Beach Ball Classic. Felton’s previous career-high was 48 set earlier this year against Marlboro County.
