Daugherty: Stuart Scott 'changed the whole platform'

Long before they worked together at ESPN, Brad Daugherty and Stuart Scott were mass communication majors at North Carolina. Daugherty, a native of Black Mountain, was a basketball All-American. And Scott? "He wanted to be a jock so bad it was unbelievable," Daugherty said Tuesday with a chuckle as he shared memories of Scott. (Asheville Citizen-Times)
