If Marcus Paige's bad right ankle hadn't allowed him to return to UNC's game against Louisville on Saturday, or if the plantar fasciitis in that right foot kept him out of the contest, the wonder is which Tar Heel not just takes but makes the shot he dropped to beat the Cardinals 72-71. The prevailing thought is that Roy Williams has limited options when the Tar Heels must have a bucket.
