Heels' Erlana Larkins has played through emotional, physical pain

No matter how long North Carolina keeps playing in the NCAA Tournament -- the top-seeded Tar Heels (32-3) face No. 5 seed George Washington (28-3) tonight at Reunion Arena in Dallas in the regional semifinals (9:30 p.m., ESPN) -- it won't mask the fact it's been a difficult season for UNC's junior center Erlana Larkins. Just before Christmas, her brother, Jarrod, died suddenly while working. He was 29.
