Remembering Mack Brown ahead of National Signing Day

Early in the first half at the Dean Smith Center, the University of North Carolina welcomed Mack Brown back to Chapel Hill, showing him in the crowd on the video board while announcer Tony Gilliam recognized the former coach on the public address system. The ovation that followed was warm. Quite warm. If some fans still harbored any bitterness toward Brown, it was not discernible. (WRAL Sports Fan)
