Former ECU coach Steve Logan agrees to join 49ers staff

Former East Carolina head coach and current WRALSportsFan contributor Steve Logan has agreed to sign a two-year contract to become the quarterbacks coach for the San Francisco 49ers, he confirmed Wednesday. Logan is familiar with new San Francisco head coach Jim Tomsula. The two coached together in NFL Europe for three seasons as part of the Berlin Thunder staff in 2004-05 and the Rhein Fire staff in 2006.
