Dan Disch latest casualty of UNC's poor defense

Dan Disch very well could have gotten North Carolina’s defense where it needed to be this coming season, UNC linebacker Jeff Schoettmer said in December, not long after Vic Koenning was out as the Tar Heels’ defensive coordinator. Now Disch, who’d coached UNC's cornerbacks since 2012, is gone, that news materializing within 24 hours after national signing day.
