'Financial Football': Lions' Eric Ebron jumps into game

Detroit Lions tight end Eric Ebron admitted that as a college student he could spend money as easily as anyone else on shoes and shirts. But he also told a group of high school students that as a professional football player he's learned to budget every month so he doesn't end up broke like many athletes. "Money's here to spend, but you don't have to spend it all," Ebron said. (Detroit Free Press)
