The North Carolina mystique isn’t what is was. Even not-so-good teams like Boston College don’t quake in their sneakers when the Tar Heels show up. So UNC had to earn one up here, escaping Silvio O. Conte Forum — and hopefully the snow threatening the Boston area — with a 79-68 Atlantic Coast Conference win over the Eagles on Saturday.
