The buzz around the Mets is likely to soar this week: Matt Harvey, the hard-throwing right-hander who missed all of last season while recovering from Tommy John surgery, is expected to arrive at spring training, bringing all of his considerable star power and swagger with him. There’s already a palpable feeling of excitement among the Mets in town.
