Miami Dolphins sign TE Ryan Taylor


The Miami Dolphins signed tight end , a journeyman last with the Cleveland Browns. Taylor — 6-3, 254 pounds — has appeared in 58 games since being drafted by the Packers in the seventh round in 2011. Taylor, who went to North Carolina, has eight career NFL receptions and a touchdown. (Miami Herald)
