Desmond Hubert Out For Season With Torn ACL

UNC men’s basketball senior Desmond Hubert injured his right knee in practice last week and will miss the rest of the 2014-15 season. Hubert will undergo surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in the coming weeks. He will not be able to play again this season. A forward from Cream Ridge, N. J., Hubert played in 113 games as a Tar Heel, including 18 games he started in 2012-13.
