UNC football must keep grinding in-state on the recruiting front

For North Carolina to stock its roster with elite talent season after season, there is little argument that the Tar Heels need to keep their share of the top in-state talent at home. So far, the Class of 2016 doesn’t look pretty in that regard. Five of the top 10 in-state prospects (per 247Sports Composite rankings) in the cycle have already committed, to out-of-state programs.
