UNC to celebrate life of Dean Smith at Smith Center Feb. 22

UNC will remember Coach Dean Smith and celebrate his life at a public memorial service at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, in the Dean E. Smith Center. Seating for Sunday’s celebration service will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Smith Center doors will open at 1 p.m. For those who prefer to tune in from home, the service will be carried live on GoHeels.com, ESPN3 and on UNC-Chapel Hill’s YouTube channel. (UNC.edu)
