Butch Davis Undergoing Chemotherapy

Butch Davis had a small growth removed from his gum, which pathology tests revealed to be non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This led to several immediate in-depth medical tests at the Cleveland Clinic, where Davis has undergone an executive physical every year since 2001. These tests revealed no evidence of cancer in any other area of his body. Davis has chosen to undergo chemotherapy at the advice of his doctors. (Tar Heel Blue)
