Injuries force Roy Williams to adjust practice tactics

Roy Williams no longer has the luxury of turning his practice sessions into teachable moments made memorable by their cruelty. Too many Tar Heels are injured — not just banged up a little bit, but out for extended periods of time, if not for the rest of the season. And his preseason All-America set-up man is still in the games, but he’s out there dribbling while hobbling, yet leading the squad in scoring.
