'Thank you' never meant so much

My routine at the time was to wait outside their locker room at Carmichael Auditorium for the players to arrive for practice and grab whoever I could for a quick interview. But on this particular afternoon, I was bypassing the locker room and heading straight upstairs to the basketball office for an interview with Dean Smith. (Fayetteville Observer)
