Carolina-Georgia Football Series Notes Posted Feb 19, 2015 Carolina will play in the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game for the second time in 2016. UNC’s last appearance was a 30-24 loss to LSU in 2010. Carolina and Georgia have met 30 times with the Bulldogs holding a 16-12-2 advantage. The first seven games of the series came were played at neutral sites in Atlanta, Macon and Raleigh.
