Legend Dean Smith wasn't above his fans

Over the years, a lot of people wrote letters to Dean Smith, and in a lot of cases, he wrote back. Scott Cherry is the basketball coach at High Point University but he was a senior captain on the 1993 Tar Heel team that won the national championship. Years later, he remembers a letter coach Smith wrote, at an important time in his life. (WCNC)
