Heels show some toughness in latest test

In an impressive 81-67 triumph that pushed UNC on to the Sweet 16, the young Tar Heels played with an urgency and toughness they caught from their contagious coach. These Tar Heels passed a major test Saturday night, barely two weeks after a two-game losing streak put that toughness under the microscope. Tyler Hansbrough’s 33 points and nine rebounds certainly defined the effort. (Fayetteville Observer)
