UNC QB Marquise Williams to miss spring practice
Posted Feb 28, 2015
No spring ball for North Carolina quarterback Marquise Williams; he’s got a hip injury. The Tar Heels begin spring practices Sunday at Navy Field. UNC’s spring drills will culminate during an open scrimmage at Rocky River High School in Charlotte at 1 p.m. April 11. UNC normally plays its spring football games in Kenan Stadium, but the field has been ripped apart to replace an old stormwater drainpipe.
