Sweet Again: UNC is in Final 16 for 21st Time

With or without the mask, Tyler Hansbrough keeps on trucking. Top-seeded North Carolina continued its run in the NCAA Tournament by grinding out an 81-67 victory over ninth-seeded Michigan State last night in a second-round game of the East Region. Sparked by 33 points from Hansbrough, who chucked his protective mask in the first half, the Tar Heels advanced to the Sweet 16 for an NCAA-record 21st time.
