UNC-Duke finale is meaningful … just not necessarily for the postseason

North Carolina basketball coach Roy Williams said Friday that “it’s always good to win” a rivalry game against Duke, regardless of where or when it happens. His counterpart Mike Krzyzewski would certainly concur. And yet, there always seems to be just a little more emotion and anticipation involved when the Blue Devils and Tar Heels meet every March in their traditional regular season finale.
